Product Description
STRUCTURE AND ADVANTAGES
D25 series high-efficiency, low-loss single-phase transformer is suitable for agricultural production, lighting & power consumption in rural power grid and remote mountainous areas. It can also be used for urban power grid transformation, providing excellent energy-saving effects. The transformer can be installed directly on the platform or on a wire pole.
Single-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers produced by our facility have passed type tests by national quality supervision and inspection centers. The combination of low voltage is 2 * 0.23kv. The principle and use are different from ordinary single-phase two-wire system transformers. Its low voltage current is only half compared to rated current of ordinary single-phase transformers; since the voltage is 2 times 230V, the current is halved. The biggest advantage is that line loss is only 1/4 (P=I²R) compared to previous models, which is the primary reason for its adoption by international users.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary applications for the D25 transformer?
It is ideally suited for agricultural production, rural power grids, remote mountainous areas, and urban power grid transformations where energy efficiency is a priority.
How does the D25 series achieve energy savings?
By utilizing a high-efficiency design and advanced core materials (Amorphous or CRGO), it reduces line loss to only 1/4 (P=I²R) compared to traditional single-phase two-wire systems.
What core materials are used in the construction?
The transformer utilizes either Amorphous or Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) Silicon Steel cores to ensure low-loss performance.
Can this transformer be pole-mounted?
Yes, the D25 series is designed for versatile installation and can be mounted directly on a platform or on a wire pole.
What is the capacity range for this series?
The rated capacity ranges from 10kVA up to 160kVA, covering various distribution needs.
What are the standard voltage specifications?
High voltage options include 6kV to 11kV, while the low voltage output is standard at 0.22-0.24kV (or 2*0.23kV).
