💡 Products Description

10kV Oil Immersed Sealed Distribution Transformer & 35kV On-load Tap Changer Power Transformer

This product adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure. The transformer oil does not come into contact with the surrounding air, preventing moisture absorption and maintaining insulation strength. The elimination of oxygen entry avoids the aging of insulation materials, significantly improving the service life of the product.

The stacking method of the iron chips is staged, optimizing the magnetic circuit distribution. No-load loss, no-load current, and noise are reduced by 20% and 10% respectively compared to traditional stacked iron core transformers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose our transformers?
We feature a strong R&D team with over 20 years of experience in transformer design, ensuring compliance with international standards such as IEC, IEEE/ANSI, and CSA. Our products offer excellent stability and cost-effectiveness.
Do you offer customized services?
Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can customize transformer specifications, input/output voltages, and cooling methods based on your specific requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is typically 1-2 pieces. For highly customized products, the MOQ may vary based on the specific demand and technical requirements.
How does the fully sealed corrugated oil tank benefit the transformer?
The fully sealed design prevents the transformer oil from contacting the air, which eliminates moisture absorption and oxygen-related aging of insulation materials, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan.
What international standards do your products follow?
Our products are manufactured according to the international IEC standard and hold ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 certifications to ensure global quality compliance.
How is the product noise level managed?
We utilize a staged iron core stacking process that optimizes the magnetic circuit distribution, reducing both no-load noise and current by approximately 10-20% compared to traditional designs.
