The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current, ensuring core firmness and noise reduction.

High and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. Low voltage windings (500 kVA and below) use double-layer cylinder structures; 630kVA and above use double or quad helix structures.

The connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce harmonic influence on the power grid and improve power supply quality. The fully sealed structure extends service life with no maintenance required.

Measured noise values are lower than international standards. Units can be put into operation immediately after standard inspection and project testing.
