Product Description
Oil-immersed power transformers are critical components in electrical power systems, widely used for voltage conversion, energy transmission, and distribution across grids. These transformers employ mineral oil or synthetic ester fluid as both an insulating and cooling medium, enabling efficient operation under high-voltage conditions.
Based on project requirements, customized services are available. We provide FR3 vegetable oil immersed power transformers and NINAS oil power transformers. For iron core materials, options include silicon steel sheet or amorphous alloy iron cores. Amorphous alloy models are ultra-high efficiency units with losses only 20-30% of standard silicon steel transformers, ideal for high energy efficiency projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary advantages of oil-immersed power transformers?
They offer excellent insulation and cooling properties, high reliability for high-voltage applications, and a long service life. The oil acts as both a coolant and a dielectric medium.
Can the capacity and voltage of these transformers be customized?
Yes, we provide fully customized services for capacities up to 100 MVA and high-side voltages up to 145 KV to meet specific project requirements.
What international standards do your transformers comply with?
Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60076 standards and hold certifications such as CE, UL, and KEMA.
What is the difference between ONAN and ONAF cooling?
ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) uses natural convection for cooling, while ONAF (Oil Natural Air Forced) uses fans to increase airflow across the radiators for higher load capacity.
What winding materials are available?
We offer both high-quality Copper and Aluminum winding options depending on the budget and technical requirements of the installation.
What is the typical lead time for production?
In general, production takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and specific customization needs.
