Made of high-quality copper or aluminum. High-voltage windings use round or profile wire, protected against high electrical stress and mechanical overloads via short circuits.
Three-limb iron core made of oblique cut Grain-oriented silicon steel. Features seven-step lamination insulated on both sides to guarantee low noise and minimal losses.
Tanks are built to be absolutely tight under mechanical stress. Surface treatment includes phosphating pickling and multi-coating for superior corrosion protection.
Routine Tests: Measurement of winding resistance, voltage ratio, short circuit impedance, load losses, and dielectric routine tests.
Type & Special Tests: Temperature rise tests, lightning impulse tests, and noise level determination according to IEC 60551.
